Who we are
EnviraSystem (envirasystem.com) is an independent information platform on water quality, energy, and air quality. We are based in the Netherlands.
What data do we collect?
Visitor data. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal data from visitors without consent. Our hosting provider keeps standard server log files (IP address, page visited, timestamp) for technical management. These logs are not shared and are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we ask only for your email address. This is processed via Brevo (Sendinblue), a European service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We do not send spam, and we never sell your data to third parties.
Contact form. Where we offer a contact form, the data you submit is used solely to answer your question and then deleted.
Affiliate links and sponsorship
Some articles contain affiliate links. If you buy a product through such a link, we receive a small commission — at no extra cost to you. This does not influence our editorial independence. Affiliate links are always clearly marked with rel="nofollow sponsored".
Cookies
We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. Our website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work (such as LiteSpeed caching). No data is shared with advertising networks.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@envirasystem.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) — or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country — if you believe we are not handling your data properly.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. For significant changes, we will notify newsletter subscribers.
